Message from AGA President
Dear AGA Members,
Namaste
Hoping the New Year finds you all in good health and happiness.
On behalf of the new 2011 – 2013 AGA Executive Committee, I would like to extend a thank you to the out-going committee. Their hard work and commitment to the community is well recognized.
To all our AGA members, we appreciate the faith and responsibility that you have given to us. It is our sincere pleasure to represent the Alberta Gujarati Association.
It was very evident from both the AGM and my conversations with some of you, that community involvement, volunteering, and sharing of ideas is important to the sustainability of our community. We encourage each of you to help us achieve this goal by participating and volunteering for AGA programs. We welcome any new suggestions to enhance our programming.
This year we are happy to bring exciting changes and programs to our members, such as lower membership fees. You can stay up-to-date on up-coming events by signing up to receive emails and/or visiting the AGA website at www.agaedmonton.ca.
I look forward to seeing everyone at our first AGA event, Holi function on March 19th.
